Music Hall Minneapolis, the 200-capacity downtown venue replacing Mill City Nights, began its first major run of shows on Sept. 1 with reggae star Damian Marley. Its rollout, however, seems a bit bumpy: Early customer reviews have been downright brutal, and its Twitter account has been dormant since February. "We are excited to be doing a number of shows at the venue and look forward to doing more," a Live Nation PR rep informed City Pages last week. "Our understanding is [Music Hall Minneapolis] is being used as a multi-use events space for concerts and private events." Hmm, well, there you have it! All photos by Darin Kamnetz.
