After more than 50 years of Turkey to Go operating as a popular State Fair booth, it has now expanded outside the fairgrounds, including a food truck, Target Field, and now the Minneapolis skyway. Turkey to Go was the favorite of the three fast-casual restaurants we tried recently, with time-tested turkey sandwiches on either a soft white bun or in a folded warm pita.
