To celebrate its fifth anniversary, Saffron Restaurant and Lounge gave its digs and menu a makeover. The result is Mediterranean fare--influenced by southern Europe, north Africa, and the Middle East--that's more snackable (fresh chickpeas) and sharable (whole fish, tagines) served in an environment that's slightly more casual, but still very classy.
