The Casino Circuit - Once-Great Bands That Fell Far, But Kept On Truckin'

1 of 7

Boyz II Men - Known as the most successful R&B male vocal group of all time, Boyz II Men had arenas in tears in 1994 as they belted "I'll Make Love to You". Their grade school fans sat quietly in their rooms, wondering what making love felt like. Now their biggest fans are grown overweight women, all cramping into casinos and summer festivals to see the remaining three sing the classics and awkwardly reminding us why we are no longer boy band fanatics.

With Bret Michaels coming into town this weekend to play the Grand Casino, and Jewel recently showing up at Mystic Lake, we thought it'd be a good time to celebrate some other formerly great artists that've been fated to fade out like the end of "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" - slow, repetitive, and depressing.
