During Small Metal Objects, the audience is situated in a well-trafficked public space in the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden.
The outdoor experimental theater piece at the Walker June 5-7 was a public art performance that involved an audience wired with headphones. From Jeff Shaw's review: "Small Metal Objects innovates without seeming avant garde for avante garde's sake.
