Northbound Smokehouse and Brewpub is a new and delicious take on the ancient technique of smoking. Chef Bryce Strickler has created a full menu of house-smoked meat, fish, cheese, and eggs to complement the brewpub's own beers. Start with a round of brews and the Smokehouse platter, which includes smoked cheeses, trout, and salmon. The porketta sandwich, an up-north classic, and the smoked beef sandwich are must-orders. They pair terrifically with Northbound's beers, which include an IPA, smoky porter, and honey wheat.
