Who says Minnesotans can't bring out the skateboard, rap, dance, get naked and be merry during a snowstorm? That's what went down Thursday night at The Loft. 12th Strand put on "Nocturnal Emission", a body painting and art show featuring a live show with acts such as Parallax, Wide Eyes and St. Paul Slim, some belly dancers, breakdancers, and live body painting on models by artists such as Chuck U, Daesk and Amoeba.
