Muja Messiah & Maria Isa go winter shopping with City Pages

Even in the deepest of cold, Minnesotans can still stir up some sizzling winter fashions. We had to see for ourselves, so we followed Muja Messiah and Maria Isa on a winter fashion shopping adventure to a few Uptown spots, Buffalo Exchange and Lost and Found. Muja insists that the hottest accessory this season is a bow tie- add it to any ensemble and it'll make the ladies swoon. Maria opts for a faux fur hat to keep her warm, but emphasizes the importance of color. In any season, winter or summer, she makes any outfit pop with a feather clip or a pair of candy-colored pumps.
