From Polica opening for Lionel Richie at Austin City Limits to the Gimme Noise/First Avenue showcase that packed the Swan Dive to a half-dozen MN-centric showcases in between, Minnesota musicians and fans represented well at SXSW 2012. While it would've been physically impossible to catch them all, Gimme Noise photographer Erik Hess bounced around Austin all week to capture and share photos of as many as he could.
