Mill Valley Kitchen does California cuisine, Minnesota style, becoming the first local eatery to post nutritional information next to each menu item. That miso glazed seabass with cucumber and quinoa clocks in at just 370 calories, and it tastes delicious. So do the chocolate chip cookies, but it's better to stay naive about their numbers.
