May Day Parade 2012: Rain didn't reschedule everything

This year's annual May Day Parade and Festival was rescheduled for May 13th due to weather, but that doesn't mean that all of the festivities were cancelled. A group of bicycle and car mechanics, artists and community workers collaborate annually on an unofficial submission to the parade. The float is driven by bicycles and fire-breathing contraptions accompanied by drumming music and enthusiastic followers. The Festival may have been cancelled this year, but this float lived on.
