Tuesday, November 13, 2012 | 3 years ago
Doug Hulcher lived and worked in Southeast Asia for the better part of the 1980s, including many years in Ban Vinai Refugee Camp, which became a temporary home for tens of thousands of Hmong as they were fleeing Laos to seek refuge in Thailand. Here, a sampling of his photos shows the camp's daily rhythms. Visit Hulcher's web site for hundreds more photos available for viewing and purchase.
