The Lowertown Music Festival in St. Paul brought together the pride of the indie pop music scene in the Twin Cities on Saturday as newer bands like Peter Wolf Crier & Koo Koo Kanga Roo performed alongside veterans like Tapes 'N Tapes, Cloud Cult & Mason Jennings. The fantastic English punk/folk singer Frank Turner was also thrown in the mix, probably feeling a bit of the odd-man out, but actually fitting in quite nicely.
