The local food world eagerly awaited the opening of Butcher and the Boar from former La Belle Vie and Dakota chef Jack Riebel. Try the charcuterie, house-made sausages, the big double-cut pork chop, steaks, and the lobster grilled cheese sandwich, one of the best sandwiches in the Cities. All in all, an impressive debut.
