Hello Pizza in Edina is a high-quality, by-the-slice, family-friendly pizzeria run by Ann Kim, the owner behind the artisan Pizzeria Lola. Decor in this sunny space is spare, slick, softly colored, and boasts a photo booth. The New York-style pizzas come with superb credentials: excellent portions on the toppings (mostly organic, some local, and a few house-made), light but flavorful sauce, and most importantly an A+ crust. The New York-style pizzas include the Hello Rita, a basic margherita with garlic and oregano; the Veggie Supremo, with greens, feta, and ricotta cheese; and the Hello Trinity, with crimini mushrooms, pepperoni, and fennel sausage.
