Element Wood Fire Pizza: The tour

With so many worthy gourmet pizza contenders, Element Wood Fire Pizza is distinguishing itself with well-made pies boasting a clean and simple red sauce; a crispy, chewy, and substantial (though a bit underflavored) crust; and cheese that goes beyond the usual fresh mozzarella to make liberal use of feta, Gorgonzola, and Parmesan.
