Dragon Festival at Lake Phalen

The "Awakening the Dragon" ceremony kicked off the festival Saturday morning at 11:30 a.m.

Dragonboat races, martial arts demonstrations, Asian food and crafts were all on the agenda at the annual Dragon Festival at Lake Phalen in St. Paul July 11-12.
