Crazy-good corndogs: not just for the State Fair

This recipe will make approx. 16 corndogs. Ingredients: 3 cups cornmeal, 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 1/4 tsp. of baking soda, 3/4 tsp. salt, and 1 Tbs. sugar, 1 1/2 cups buttermilk, 1 1/4 cup water, 1 egg, hotdogs, popsicle sticks.
