Cocina del Barrio in Edina: The tour

Downtown Edina is quite a stretch from what American Spanish speakers might call a barrio, but its residents are already flocking to the third outpost of Ryan Burnet and Tim Rooney's tequila bar concept. The new Cocina del Barrio adds the Spanish word for "kitchen" to its name to reflect its expanded food menu, which includes more seafood dishes and salads. Or you can just stick with the reposado.
