Burch Steak and Pizza Bar: The Tour

Burch chef-owner Isaac Becker (Bar La Grassa, 112 Eatery) and general manager and co-owner Nancy St. Pierre refer to their new multilevel restaurant as a “Midwestern steak house for a more modern audience,” a place that offers the steak house experience without it hitting a diner's wallet too hard. That’s why Burch offers every cut from hanger to porterhouse in two portion sizes. The sides are a must-try: pureed potatoes with poutine gravy; sweet roasted carrots with goat cheese; and caramelized cauliflower. Burch is also known for its dumplings: east European pierogi, Russian kinkhali, and German schupfnudel.
