Just ate there last week and would highly recommend it. Word to the wise though -- this is a STEAK joint. Stay away from the pork shoulder.
Literally everything else I had was fantastic. I particularly recommend the rabbit appetizer. Mouth watering.

Burch chef-owner Isaac Becker (Bar La Grassa, 112 Eatery) and general manager and co-owner Nancy St. Pierre refer to their new multilevel restaurant as a “Midwestern steak house for a more modern audience,” a place that offers the steak house experience without it hitting a diner's wallet too hard. That’s why Burch offers every cut from hanger to porterhouse in two portion sizes. The sides are a must-try: pureed potatoes with poutine gravy; sweet roasted carrots with goat cheese; and caramelized cauliflower. Burch is also known for its dumplings: east European pierogi, Russian kinkhali, and German schupfnudel. Downstairs is the wood-fired, mostly Neapolitan pizza bar, with high-class toppings that include lobster and smoked pork shoulder. PHOTOS BY BENJAMIN CARTER GRIMES.
