Blackbird Cafe: The tour

Blackbird Cafe is back! Don't worry, the antlers are, too. Hot Dish stopped by during opening week to give you a peek at the new space. Owners Gail Mollner and Chris Stevens outfitted the corner of 38th and Nicollet with yes, the signature antlers, but also a wall of framed mirrors, hardwood floors, a mixture of tables and booths and even a few pews. Despite the puritanical vibe from cushionless pews, the rest of the decor gives the space a warm, funky feel.
