Behind the scenes: The Nu Project and the art of female nudity [NSFW]

Matt Blum started photographing women of all ages, shapes and colors in their homes, naked, in 2005. Several years later, his wife began editing the images with him, and she gravitated toward shots where the "un-models" were happy, natural, or even goofy. The Nu Project was born. Now nearly 8,000 women across the globe have signed on to have Blum take photos of them nude, but 90 percent of participants remain from Minneapolis.
