Amanda Palmer ended her latest tour in Minneapolis on Wednesday night at First Avenue, bringing her own version of dirty glamour to the stage. To the delight of the crowd, Palmer's husband Neil Gaiman told a story, and openers included Jherek Bischoff, The Simple Pleasure, and "Boston's Premier 80's Pop Saxophone Duo" Ronald Reagan.
