Where can I find Middle Eastern food and a nice ambiance?
We'd like to go somewhere for Middle Eastern food--maybe Persian or Lebanese--with a nice ambiance. Any suggestions?
Depends on what you mean by "nice," I guess, but I'm assuming you want something a little more ambient than Emily's Lebanese Deli in Northeast. In that case, you could try the oft-overlooked Beruit Restaurant in West St. Paul. For Persian fare, Shiraz in Richfield or Caspian Bistro in Minneapolis would be good options, but again, they're fairly casual dining rooms. But if an elegant space is a higher priority than regional specificity, go with Saffron in the warehouse district.
