Remember last Valentine's Day, when you promised yourself that next year you wouldn't be an idiot again and wait till the last minute to make dinner reservations? Well, the time is now! Many of the Cities' best restaurants are going all out to lure diners, and Open Table has thoughtfully compiled a list of nearly 30 popular eateries with special plans for their holiday gold mine. CAMPIELLO, Eden Prairie: Prix-fixe menu, including chef's selections from the regular menu and Valentine's Day specials ($50).
CHINO LATINO, Uptown: Three-course tasting menu ($50 per couple).
FOREPAUGH'S, St. Paul: Four-course, prix-fixe menu ($75; $100 with wine flights), plus a complimentary rose.
LUCI ANCORA, St. Paul: Build-your-own four-course Taster's Dinner ($45; wine pairing is extra).
NICOLLET ISLAND INN, Minneapolis: Five-course, prix-fixe menu.
NORTH COAST, Wayzata: Five-course tasting menu ($50; with wine pairing, $75).
OM, downtown Minneapolis: Four-course, prix-fixe menu ($130 per couple) includes a bottle of red, white, or sparkling wine.
SEVEN, downtown Minneapolis: Two steakhouse packages ($75 to $100) and a sushi bar package ($50) served Friday through Sunday.
