It's like the organizers of the Twin Cities Beer & Bacon Classic got a mind-meld on the deepest wants and desires of the American public, plunging deep, deep into the medulla and extracting a little sample from every one of us and finally got to the bottom of it all.
What do we want? Beer. What do we want it with? Bacon. Piles of the stuff. Mountains of it. Rivers and oceans and well, how about a baseball stadium's worth?
Saturday's event gets you unlimited (OK, three hours' worth) of perambulating among countless vendors concocting their beeriest, baconiest best, and at the end of it all, winners will be chosen, so you know they gotta bring their A game.
