Balmy temperatures notwithstanding, the holidays are nearly upon us. Thanksgiving is a mere two weeks and change away, and it's decision time. Who will host? What will you make? And for god's sake, whose idea was it to include the in-laws this year? Relax. This Thanksgiving you can add not having to do the dishes or worry about having enough vegetarian options to the list of things you're thankful for. A wide variety of Twin Cities restaurants are serving Thanksgiving feasts of their own, and there's plenty of room at the table for you and yours. Wildfire in Eden Prairie will offer dine-in and carry-out platter options on Thanksgiving. The in-house four-course traditional meal (available from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m.) will start with your choice of salad, continue with time-honored main dishes such as oven-roasted turkey, cedar planked salmon, and a New York strip roast, with side dishes ranging from sweet potato casserole to roasted asparagus and red-skinned mashed potatoes. The meal will finish with your choice of dessert. The price is $29.95 per person and $12.95 for children; a portion of the sales will benefit local hunger causes. Orders for carry-out platters must be placed by Tuesday, November 23.

The St. Paul Grill is offering a traditional three-course Thanksgiving menu from 11 a.m to 7 p.m. Choose from starters such as cream of Minnesota wild rice soup or pumpkin bisque soup with crème fraîche, an array of Thanksgiving-themed entrees, and desserts like golden raisin bread pudding with Maker's Mark creme Anglaise, chocolate pecan pie, and pumpkin pie. Price ranges from $33 to $39; reservations recommended.

Afton House Inn will have a Thanksgiving buffet from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. featuring everything from a beef pot roast with sauce Bordelaise to a jewel yam gratin to sage stuffing and wild rice pilaf. Polish it all off with your choice of dessert, served table-side. The price is $24 for adults and $6 for children.

Not a turkey lover? Still need to find a way to gather and feed hordes of family members on the big day? Look no further than Buca di Beppo, one of the few restaurants in town open on Thanksgiving that does not even pretend to have anything to do with Pilgrims and Indians. They do, however, specialize in family-sized portions all year round, so they have a little practice when it comes to big-group dining. Why not make your Thanksgiving a little more Italian this year? Save a bird, have some pasta.

From noon to 8 p.m., enjoy FireLake Grill House's Thanksgiving dinner, featuring locally sourced, cider cured, apple wood smoked Wild Acres Farm turkey, wild rice stuffing, cheddar herb mashed potatoes, cider gravy, maple glazed yams and apples, green beans, crimini mushrooms and crispy shallots, and cranberry-orange relish. Crown it off with deep dish pumpkin cranberry pie. The price is $29.95, or $12.95 for children 12 and under.

Loring Kitchen and Bar is hosting a Thanksgiving Day buffet from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. for $17.95. They will also have a limited version of their regular menu available.

The limited-edition Thanksgiving Juicy Lucy features American cheese, cranberries, and green onions enveloped in a savory turkey burger and smothered with turkey gravy. Proceeds from the burger (which is only available through the end of November) go directly to local community-oriented charities in each of the three locations' neighborhoods.
