We've started getting inundated with Valentine's Day menus here at Hot Dish, so we're publishing a few of 'em in case you're looking for ideas on how to wine and dine your sweetie this year. From steaks to slyders--yes, seriously, you could celebrate VD at White Castle!--there's something for any taste and budget.

2. Chin Dian Café Valentine's Day Three-Course Prix Fixe Menu
Chin Dian Café will offer a special menu and half-price bottles of wine for Valentine's Day 2010, available on both Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14, 2010.
The three-course prix fixe menu will feature traditional Chinese and Indian cooking techniques in dishes designed by owners Nina Wong and Thomas Gnanapragasam. Cost is $25 per person.

3. The Saint Paul Hotel's M ST. Cafe Valentine's Day Eve Dinner and Valentine's Day Brunch
For a fixed price of $29.95 for dinner on Saturday, February 13, 2010, guests can enjoy a five-course gourmet meal from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the cozy and sophisticated lower level restaurant of the elegant Saint Paul Hotel. For Valentine's Day Brunch from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., guests will pay just $21.95. (Gratuity, taxes, and wine are not included in the price.) Reservations can be made by calling 651-228-3885.
For the Valentine's Day Eve dinner, guest will enjoy Cream of Artichoke Spinach Soup for the first course. This will be followed by a Cheese Plate that will include Mimolette, Northern Lights Blue and Lavender Honey Goat Cheese. Tossed Baby Greens with Toasted Pine Nuts, Green Apple, Goat Cheese and Pomegranate Vinaigrette will follow.
Guests will select from four choices of entrees: Pan Seared Scallops with Lobster Risotto, Grilled Asparagus Tips and Tarragon Lemon Butter Sauce; Mushroom Crusted Grouper with Soft Polenta Rootanesca Sauce and Hercot Verts; Chicken Scaloppini with Fingerling Pancetta Sauté Served with Three Mushroom Brandy Sauce and Baby Vegetables or Roasted Whole Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish Whipped Potatoes, Port Wine Sauce and Button Mushrooms with Baby Vegetables. To top off the meal, a Chef-attended Bananas Foster and Mini Dessert Display will be featured.
For Valentine's Day Brunch, guests will be treated to two a cold sideboard and a hot side board, plus a dessert station with Mini Chocolate Mousse Displays, Chocolate Truffles, Dipped Strawberries; Gourmet Cup Cakes and a Chocolate Fountain Display.
4. Woolley's Steakhouse Valentine's Day Steak and Lobster Special for Two
Woolley's Steakhouse will celebrate Valentine's Day with the limited release of their Steak and Lobster Special For Two; running from 4:30pm - 11:00pm, February 12th - 14th (Friday through Sunday).
Woolley's Steakhouse, an independently owned and operated restaurant inside the Embassy Suites Airport, and for Valentine's Day, executive chef Peter Christenson plans to couple filet mignon with fresh lobster tail, providing what the establishment hopes is the perfect romantic dinner for two.
Woolley's Valentine's Day special comes with a complimentary bottle of champagne or house wine. The meal includes starter salad, Woolley's signature scalloped potatoes and vegetables de jour. The cost is $90 per couple. Individuals can also experience the special with a complimentary glass of champagne or wine for $45. Between 5 and 8 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 14, you and your valentine can enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner complete with special menus, tableside service and themed decorations. Reservations are filling up quickly and can be made by calling 651-646-1811 ext. 12 Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
"Since we first offered reserved Valentine's Day seating in 1991, this has become an annual tradition for many couples," said Jamie Richardson, vice president of corporate relations. "It's been a huge hit because a lot of our loyal customers - fondly known as 'Cravers' - either met in a White Castle Restaurant or have other enjoyable memories they like to celebrate here." This year, White Castle will make Valentine's Day truly unforgettable by snapping a complimentary digital photo of each couple that can be viewed later from the White Castle Web site.
