If you love sticky, rock hard, overly sugary brittle, these handmade, small-batch confections aren't for you. After years of experimenting with traditional brittle recipes and formulating the right balance of ingredients, owner Thomasina Petrus has perfected the gluten-free, preservative-free treat.

Thomasina's brittle is simultaneously crunchy and soft, at least in comparison to traditional store-bought varieties. You won't leave the experience with a cracked tooth, and each bite doesn't result in "I think I just pulled out a filling" thoughts.
