Have you, you know, mastered your chocolate soufflé, your piri piri chicken, your better-than-sex cake? Are you ready to put your mastery to the test of a red-faced and spittling-down-your-shirt-collar Gordon Ramsay? Then pack up your knives and go — to the Hilton Minneapolis on Saturday, August 15, when auditions are being held for the seventh season of MasterChef on FOX.
And sorry, pro chefs, you're already disqualified — the competition is open to home cooks only, with hosts Gordon Ramsay, Graham Elliot, and Christina Tosi judging food challenges as contestants compete for the chance to be named America’s #1 MasterChef.
Open casting call is Saturday, August 15, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Hilton Minneapolis, 1001 Marquette Ave.
You are "strongly encouraged" to pre-resister by visiting masterchefcasting.com and filling out an application as well as reading the audition guidelines.
Note: You must bring a finished dish to the audition, and we strongly encourage you to leave the idiot sandwich at home.
