Flying out of the Humphrey Terminal means less ground to cover between you and your flight. It's often a pretty painless process, compared to the labyrinth of Terminal 1. The only downside is the lack of food options. That's about to change with the opening of a new Surdyk's.[jump] Soon flyers traveling through Terminal 2 will be able to grab the same wine flights, specialty cocktails and beer available at the original location. There will also be small plates, charcuterie, sandwiches, salads and of course - cheese! They will also expand the morning menu options to accommodate the early travelers.
Like the original location, Surdyk's is working with Shea, Inc. on the space, which will include patio seating, full service restaurant and bar in addition to an off-sale wine shop.
The new Surdyk's Flights is expected to be open later this year.
