Good news! They say they had so much fun they're going to do it every Sunday from here on out. They're calling it French Louisiana Patio Grill, every Sunday from noon to 6p.m. at Coup d' Etat. 

$15 for all you can eat crawfish, jambalaya and smoked brisket 

or 

$30 for all the above, plus all you can drink beer 

Plus regular menu for your friends who don't want that stuff.
