Squirrel potato chips?

Walkers, a British potato chip (or "crisp" as they say) maker held a Do Us a Flavour (gotta love those British spellings) contest. One of the finalists was "cajun squirrel."

Superstar chef Heston Blumenthal of the Fat Duck and a judging panel picked the six finalists out of more than a million entries.

While I'm sure fish and chips, onion bhaji, chilli and chocolate, crispy duck and hoi sin, and builder's breakfast (bacon, eggs, buttered toast, and tomato sauce) are all tasty (or am I sure of that? not really), the frontrunner, in terms of attention, anyway, seems to be cajun squirrel.
