This just might be the beer dinner to end all beer dinners: On Friday and Saturday, North Coast's Ryan Aberle will be cooking an 18-course(!) meal to pair with an equal number of Sam Adams brews.
You can taste how Hefeweizen complements walleye, broccoli Raab, and malt vinegar, or an Irish red matches up with yellowfin Tuna, fermented black beans, and sticky rice. There are even several dessert courses, including an Old Fezzwig Ale paired with gingerbread, toffee, and blackberry
The cost is $85 per person, but, as Aberle points out, that's just $4.72 a course.
