If you're unaware of the health benefits of green tea, come out from the rock you're living under. The health benefits of ginger aren't as well known:
1. Great for the stomach and for nausea (morning sickness)
2. Reduces inflammation
3. Lowers cholesterol
4. Helps with allergies
5. Helps with ovarian cancer
and, of course, the prevention of diabetic nephropathy.
