A former employee of St. Paul restaurant supplier Restaurant Depot has accused not one but two of her former supervisors of sexual harassment.
The suit says that when one supervisor was fired after having a number of complaints made against him by female employees, the man who temporarily replaced him was far from being any better. The woman alleges the replacement supervisor sexually assaulted her while on the job.
And according to the complaint, it took one woman getting a lawyer before company authorities even batted an eye at the serious accusations being made against the first supervisor. In fact, it says the man had been transferred to the company's St. Paul location because he had gotten into similar trouble at their Chicago store.
The suit was filed in federal court in Minneapolis.
