Red Stag Block Party this Saturday
Block parties = summer, and as the nights begin to get a little crisper it's time to pack in as much summertime merriment as possible. And what's more fun than standing in the middle of the street drinking beer from a cup, with a big plate of food, rockin' out with hundreds of people? Red Stag always throws a doozer of a party,with farm-fresh food, lots of cold brew, and stellar local bands. We checked in with the Red Stag folks to get a few of the highlights.

That's not to mention lots of great local music from Heiruspecs, E.L.nO, and many more. And Red Stag brings us more: Every Sunday they play gracious hosts to the weekly Cornhole Tournament in the Rec Room. Registration starts at 2 p.m., and the games begin at 3, with prizes and happy hour food and drink specials. If you don't know how to play cornhole, here are the directions from the--we kid you not--American Cornhole Association.
