Preview new Eat Street Social at Kitchen in the Market

With the opening of hotly anticipated Eat Street Social now pushed back to February, curious diners are practically clawing at the paper-covered windows at the 26th and Nicollet location.

If you'd like a little taste of what may be in store, you might be able to find it at Kitchen in the Market, the smart commercial kitchen space in Midtown Global Market.  A cooking class with bar man extraordinare Nick Kosevich has been scheduled for February 2.  Along with the buzz-inducing imbibing likely to be done with the dapper Bittercube Bitters frontman, the Hot Dish has learned that the class will feature more than just drinks.

Eat Street Social chef Geoff Little has signed on to manage the food portion of the class.  So no need to wait to see the new space!  The class will feature three to four beverages along with small side dishes from chef Little, all for $55.  Click
