You'll have to wait another week for that meaty pop-up at Travail: The Brats & Beer dinner has been pushed back to next Monday, November 10.
The Brats & Beer dinner is the brainchild of Travailian and Pork & Pickle founder Geoff Hausmann. He's invited Travail chefs Ray Sauter and Ben Feltmann to join him for the occasion. In two seatings, one at 6 p.m. and the other at 8 p.m., the meal will consist of two flights of three sausages each:
Flight 1: Chicken Cheeto Brat, Reuben on a Stick, Blood Sausage Flight 2: El Conquistador, Grandma's German Sausage, Philly Dog
And each flight will be paired with two beers, totaling four brews:
Warsteiner Dunkel, Paulaner Lager, Hacker Oktoberfest, and Weihenstephaner Hefe.
We know you were stoked for your porky, sudsy dinner, Hot Dishers, but you'll have to stash your forks and steins for one more week.
