Tonight's go-round of Policy and a Pint features Minnesota Monthly's Dara Moskowitz Grumdahl and Chef Scott Pampuch of The Corner Table discussing "Thinking Globally, Eating Locally." Dara recently posted a thoughtful preview of potential discussion topics, among them concentrated animal feeding operations, overfishing, sustainable wineries and economic justice in the restaurant industry.
