crescent roll king Pillsbury's sales are equally recession-proof.

The article says that sales of the General Mills-owned company's Totino's brand pizza are up 11 percent in the first half of fiscal year, pizza rolls 10 percent. Apparently, those $1-per-pizza deals are starting to look pretty damn enticing even outside the starving artist set.
