One, Two, Three Sushi coming early 2013 to downtown Minneapolis
Fast casual sushi coming to downtown
The shuttered Godiva store on the second floor of the IDS Crystal Court is going to reopen in January with an entirely new concept. Sushi Avenue Inc., the parent company of Masu Sushi and Robata, has confirmed it will be moving into the space and opening a new fast-casual sushi restaurant called One, Two, Three Sushi, reports theDowntown Journal
The plan is for this to be the first of several One, Two, Three Sushi stores. A representative from Sushi Avenue explains that while the restaurant will not be an extension of Masu or associated with it in any way (except for the ownership and type of cuisine), they will still be offering made-to-order sushi, noodle dishes, and filled steamed buns. In keeping with the fast-casual concept, One, Two, Three's menu items will all fall in the $5 to $10 range.
