Nutrisoda: in case you want a "healthy" St. Patty's

While I'm a fan of Minnesota-based Nutrisoda's sleek, chic packaging, I can't say I like the way any of them taste (kind of chemical-y in a diet soda sort of way) or really believe in their contribution to my "wellness." (From a Nutrasoda press release: "Blending meaningful performance levels of leading edge active nutrients like L-Arginine and other amino acids, CoQ10, vitamins, minerals and herbs to help your mind and body achieve balance & optimal performance." Uh...)

If I'm doing to drink 50 Cent's Vitaminwater, I'm drinking it because I feel like drinking something that tastes like watered down grape Kool-Aid and reading the humorous copy on the side of the bottle--not because I think it's "healthy." In any case, if you've been looking for something to mix with those lime green cans of "Immune," here are a few ideas:

The Lucky Charm; · NUTRISODA IMMUNE · 1 ½ oz Irish whiskey · 1 lime wedge · 1 orange twist (Pour Irish whiskey into a highball glass over ice cubes, fill with Immune Nutrisoda and stir. Add the wedge of lime and orange twist and serve. Serve in Highball Glass)

The Irish Spring! · 2 parts NUTRISODA IMMUNE · 1 part Irish Whiskey · ½ part Peach Brandy · 1 part Sweet and Sour Mix · 1 slice orange · 1 cherry (Pour all ingredients (except orange slice and cherry) into a Collins glass over ice cubes. Garnish with the slice of orange, add the cherry on top, and serve. Serve in Collins Glass)

Pot O'Gold · 2 parts NUTRISODA IMMUNE · 1 part Sweet & Sour · ½ part Bourbon · Garnish with Lemon Twist (Serve in Highball Glass)

Tullamore Tea! · 2 parts NUTRISODA IMMUNE · 1 part Tea · ½ part Brandy · ½ part Peach Schnapps · Garnish with lime twist (Serve in Highball Glass)

Immunade. · 2 parts NUTRISODA IMMUNE · 1 part Lemonade · ½ part orange juice · Garnish with lemon twist
