Bradstreet, the swanky new first-floor bar/lounge in the Graves 601 Hotel opened last night, with a host of small plates and retro cocktails all priced under $10. Cocktail geeks, this is your new, must-hit watering hole.
The drink list was created by bartender/mixologists Toby Maloney (of Milk & Honey in NYC) and Jason Cott so expect fresh-squeezed juices, house-made bitters, and rye whisky practically on tap. Bradstreet, so far as I'm aware, is the first local place to jump on the specialty ice craze--offering five types, each with different drink-enhancing properties.
Bradstreet Restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.. It's located on the first floor of Graves 601 Hotel, 601 1st Av. N Mpls., 612-677-1100.
