New Italian restaurant moving into famous Bacon Drug in Excelsior

The kitchen will be run by chef Phillip Becht, the one-time head chef at Modern Cafe who has worked closely in the past with chef Steven Brown (now of Tilia ). Alongside him as chef de cuisine will be Brian Crouch. Crouch worked the line at La Belle Vie as well as Cafe Levain , and most recently at Lola's Lakehouse .
