Move over, short rib burger: Tour de Burger at Vincent a Restaurant

Race on over to Vincent for their Stage 1 burger: Beer-braised leek carbonade, crispy potatoes, Mimolette cheese

Vincent a Restaurant is our town's Frenchiest fine-dining establishment that also happens to have a real soft spot for le burger. Their short-rib-stuffed patty is legendary and makes all the top burger lists around here. And it deserves to, especially at happy hour for eight bucks. But it's Tour de France time, and like any French chef worth his toques, Vincent Francoual can't just let the bikes go by without some kind of commemoration from his kitchen. So he brings you the Tour de Burger, three weeks' worth of Francophile-inspired burger specials served with a side salad or French Fries for $14.50.

Pro tip: Move over, American cheese — these are burgers worthy of the fine china, and you'll note that some of France's most important frommages grace these patties, delivering a royal flourish to regular old cheeseburgers.
