Minneapolis restaurants serve free Thanksgiving meals to those in need
Local restaurant chain Crave hosts free Thanksgiving for those in need at their West End location
The holiday season brings joyous tidings to many, but all too often those in need struggle to get by. While times may be tight all year round, this particular season adds additional strains and pressures.
For its fourth consecutive year, the West End location of the local restaurant chain Crave will offer free Thanksgiving dinners. Employees have donated their efforts to the cause, which will serve more than 600 Thanksgiving meals.
Downtown Minneapolis's Kieran's Irish Pub and south Minneapolis's Pepitos will also be serving Thanksgiving dinners to those in need
South Minneapolis Mexican restaurant Pepitos and downtown Minneapolis's Kieran's Irish Pub will also be serving Thanksgiving dinners to hungry diners. For over 20 years Pepitos has hosted a group of volunteers to prepare and serve the holiday meals to Minneapolis residents. Kieran's will not only be serving meals for over 300 people, it will be accepting clothing donations.
