The last monthly brunch was reportedly a crush of Korean egg-lusting humanity in hopes of getting Thomas Kim's singular Korean fusion creations "with an egg on it." It was also something of a surprise, but this time they're announcing it early, so bust out that Sharpie, because you're about to mark some calendars.

The monthly brunch format seems to be allowing the kitchen to have a whole bunch of fun presenting different menus every time. On April 19, throw down on "Hawaiian Brunch Family Style Grindz." The menu is once again a work of art that might challenge a hangover addled brain, but we were able to make out Loco Moco with pork fat fried rice, Poke Bowl, garlic chicken rice bowl, pineapple upside-down griddle cake with rum butter, Hawaiian bread French toast with pineapple and strawberries, and a bunch of interesting cocktails including bottomless Lilikoi (an exotic Hawaiian fruit) mimosas and bloodies.
Hawaiian attire is optional but encouraged. So dig up that Hawaiian shirt and/or grass skirt and dine in style.
