Meat lovers unite: Pork and Pickle pop-up coming in August

Will fairy dust arrive on your Pork and Pickle plate? You gotta go to know.

Will fairy dust arrive on your Pork and Pickle plate? You gotta go to know.

Say it 10 times and get six courses from Pork and Pickle at Lyn 65! Well, as long as you pay the 50 bucks, too. Geoff Hausman is one of the powerhouses behind Travail, and has been popping up with his own menus for quite a while now. He'll be rolling out six courses, with a cash bar, for 6 p.m and 8:30 p.m seatings on Monday, August 24. And bonus, it will also give you a chance to check out the somewhat far afield but much heralded Lyn 65 in Richfield, beloved to those who live in the 'hood, destination-worthy for those who don't.

Hausman's creations are known for their playful takes on handcrafted meats, including deconstructed pig face and cheesy chicken Cheeto bratwurst, and he's been quoted as saying if he gets around to opening his own place, which he hopes to get around to sometime soon, it will have no vegetarian options at all.

So don't bring your veggie friend to this one, m'kay? But meat lovers, register here! The $50 price tag includes tax and gratuity, but remember, you gotta buy your own booze.
